The broth is meticulously crafted by roasting chicken bones to enhance their aroma, then simmering them slowly with house-made chicken oil (Chiyu). The result is a clean yet profoundly savory soup with a subtle toasted fragrance. It is the perfect choice for days when you want to enjoy a feast of fresh meats and vegetables.

 

Preparation:

1. Shake the pouch well, pour into a pot, and bring to a boil.

2. Add your favorite ingredients (such as chicken thigh, Chinese cabbage, mizuna, tofu, and leeks) and simmer until cooked through.

3.For the perfect finish (Shime), add glass noodles to the remaining soup. Once the broth thickens, pour in a beaten egg for a comforting final dish.
