• Features: Dashi soup made with seaweed from Ise Bay and naturally brewed soy sauce, also rich in bonito and kelp flavours. Can also be used as a noodle soup.
• Recommended ingredients: Chicken, carrots, spring onions, mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, deep-fried tofu and tofu

• How to use: Cut the ingredients into bite-size pieces. Shake the products well before putting them into the pot and bringing to the boil, starting with the hard-to-cook items. When cooked, it is ready to serve.
