DAISHO Ippudo Abura Soba Kit (Rich Noodle Sauce) - Spicy Flavor (90g)

This Abura Soba (soupless noodle) kit was created under the supervision of the famous ramen restaurant Ippudo. The set includes a rich Tonkotsu sauce made with Kyushu soy sauce and aromatic oils, paired with a spicy seasoning featuring a balanced blend of six different spices. Since its founding in Fukuoka in 1985, Ippudo has been loved worldwide for its smooth, flavorful Tonkotsu broth and perfectly textured noodles.

Preparation:

1. Boil the noodles, then drain and rinse them in cold water to firm them up.

2. Drain the noodles well, place them in a bowl with the Tonkotsu sauce, and mix thoroughly.

3. Add the spicy seasoning to your preference and enjoy while mixing.
