Seasoning: No added seasoning
How to Use: Simmer one sachet in 400–500ml of water. After boiling, continue to simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
Recommended Use: Ideal for miso soup, clear broth, and simmered dishes.
A natural dashi pack made with premium bonito flakes from Kagoshima. Carefully processed to bring out the full aroma and umami of the bonito. Contains only dried bonito — no added salt.
