SHEPHERDS PURSE, an independent family business, began making artisan cheeses in the late 1980’s in the traditional way on its family farm in North Yorkshire, England. Made from Yorkshire cows’ milk, this blue cheese is mild, soft, creamy, sweet and blue veined, with no sharp bite. This multi-award-winning blue cheese is handmade and matured over eight weeks. With age, the flavour deepens and becomes more complex without compromising the mild creaminess. You will definitely add to your list of favourite cheeses after your first bite!
