Made from domestically grown ingredients cultivated in harmony with the natural ecosystem, this organic Mikawa mirin is crafted using the traditional brewing method of "one shō of rice and one shō of mirin," a practice with over 200 years of history in the Mikawa region. Produced by a brewery devoted solely to mirin since its founding, this mirin offers a naturally rich sweetness, umami, and fragrant flavour of rice.
